On 13 June 2019, the leading business-to-business trade show opened its doors to over 85 exhibitors and approximately 800 visitors for the annual Let’s Do Business Expo in Brighton.

And we were there with Locate East Sussex, at stands B1 & C1.

Taking place at the impressive Amex Stadium, the expo was a bustling frenzy of like-minded people networking and making worthwhile connections. These kinds of exhibitions are key to raising your profile in the County and to creating strong relationships with valuable first-hand impressions. This matters when developing trust with potential partners and evaluating people and their businesses.

Exceeding expectations, the all-new Innovation Zone turned heads with the awe-inspiring Virtual Reality headsets from Showstorm and East Sussex College, giving participants the chance to experience interactive demos of cutting-edge developments including Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality and 5G.

There was also the latest 3D printing technology with live demonstrations and examples of how it has worked in a variety of different workplaces. To thrive in a competitive landscape, businesses must be willing to adapt and change – and Let’s Do Business Group took the opportunity at the Expo to demonstrate the need for innovation in today’s fast-moving world.

As Sean Dennis, Deputy CEO of Let’s Do Business Group, comments:

“It is vital that businesses, whatever the size, are able to experience new technologies and discover how they can change the way we do business. The innovation zone was a hit and I’m pleased to see the great turn-out we had. I would personally like to thank everyone involved for their on-going hard-work to make this year’s event happen”

The event thrives in providing something for everyone – the seminars alone covered a range of different subjects, from the future of SocialMedia, delivered by Switchplane, to discussion panels exploring Funding Innovation, Greener Innovation in Business and how to access the relevant support.
